Here’s a brief session where I discuss how we can use food (and ☕️!) as self-care. This is a time to be kind to ourselves about food, and eating or preparing healthy foods (where possible and practical) and eating mindfully may help.
At the start of COVID-19 we developed a program of brief, daily wellbeing sessions to support the mental health and wellbeing of our staff and students. Very pleased to now share these with the community!
