@MichelleBull4 Apple Watch with Heart Graph. A constant HR update & graphs of short & 24hr periods, cumulative time spent in your HR zones & various alerts available & there’s a fair bit more info on the app. I also use Visible plus, both have a lot to offer. Prob rec V to a pacing newcomer.

@LCMEBillboards I know it’s not an option here but should the desperate need for education be considered as a priority? I guess it’s a chicken/egg situation. Without education a need for trials is not understood, without trials there is poorer/no education leading to gross neglect/abuse.
