I was left waiting for 45 mins in Arbor bengaluru without being served my order.
Someone took my order and left for dinner and the next thing I know I'm not attended to for 45 mins. This is unacceptable.

We faced a fraud today, where our order was cancelled right in front of us before getting delivered. Zomato India associates refused to give assistance and we did lose our entire money in cancellation charges. I have filed a complain with the NCH, Grievance no.: 5145883
