My god, my friend just ordered a gluten free pizza from @pizzahutuk Harrogate, paid for it over the phone. @pizzahutuk rang back to say actually they had no stock but NO refund. 1/2 hour wait to head office means a refund will be 16 days- if THEY supply all the info. What a joke.
