@skjask As one of the many non-Orthodox Jews who keep kosher, I have to tell you that whether you mean to or not, this tweet makes shomer-kashrut Jews who do not identify as Orthodox feel at worst unwelcome, or at best after thoughts.
So you doxxed a Jewish high schooler, revealed the identities of multiple counter-protestors, and want law enforcement to do something about them, but you have no issue with the Hamas-supporting encampment participants hiding *their* identities or breaking the law? #antisemitism
Infuriating. Non-students have joined the antisemitic university protests/encampments across the country without consequences. PROFESSORS from these universities are participating in them too, harassing & harming Jewish students. But this hit piece is that you decided to publish?

(5/) It is precisely these generalizations framed as lessons from the Holocaust that have led to the failure of American education to teach about the Holocaust in a way that prohibits its trivialization & distortion, and ensures an understanding of antisemitism & where it leads.
(4/) Other minority groups are simply not being targeted by this rising hate & violence. Stop the generalization & "all lives"-ing of antisemitism! Especially in an acknowledgement of a day established by & for JEWS to remember our history & commit to the promise of never again.
(3/) It is also about remembering and honoring the Jewish people who fought to survive, resist, and rescue ourselves and our people.
Bernie, we are not in a time of rising ambiguous bigotry. Right now *antisemitism* is skyrocketing.
Jews are being targeted, harassed, & attacked.
Absolutely not, @SenSanders.
About to vent out my reaction to this offensive, pathetic, โpick meโ of a statement in a thread. See below. ๐งตโฌ๏ธ
Today, on Yom HaShoah, we remember the 6 million Jews murdered in the Holocaust and the deadly consequences of antisemitism. At a time of rising bigotry, we must recommit ourselves to the fight against antisemitism, racism, Islamophobia, and bigotry of all kinds.
(2/) or who looked the other way, culminated in the Shoah where 6 million JEWS were systematically tortured & murdered in the hopes of eliminating the Jewish people from this world. It is about remembering the Jewish victims murdered during the Holocaust bc of that antisemitism.
(1/) Yom HaShoah is about remembering the age-old antisemitism harbored by the non-Jewish world that led to one of the worst atrocities in human history, wherein the hatred & othering of the JEWISH PEOPLE, combined with the sheer lack of humanity within those who perpetrated evil
@TaliaKhan_MIT @MIT The first half of page 1 is not from the Israeli Black Panthersโ Haggadah. Itโs pulled from โHearkening to the Voice of Gazaโ by Rabbi Brant Rosen. There is only one sentence shown from the IBP Haggadah. Most excerpts were written by students & inspired by a number of resources.
@HKesvani Honestly, I considered it, but the fact that hundreds of people are using this comment section as a rage outlet makes me feel like Iโd be taking away a valuable service, esp from the people who still insist on replying with the same point as the hundreds of people before them.

@HKesvani Yes. But this was more about not being able to understand what I was hearing (not reading) due to the syntax of the sentence and his intonation while speaking it.
Okay, let me get this straight. These โprogressiveโ orgs are all partnering with the *checks notes* IRANIAN REGIMEโS LOBBYING GROUP? Because a lobbying group that serves the Islamic Republic Regime is okay, but a lobbying group that advocates for Jews/against antisemitism isnโt?
