@mejia_kevin96 @ADP Finally got it to process after lots of attempts. It timed out before confirming process completed but I got an email showing process confirmation… total roll of the dice when you can sneak thru. Good luck to everyone else staying up late on this 🤞Stay strong payrollers!

@ADP adp phone rep said platform would be functional by about 7:15pm ET & as long as I processed by 10pm ET my team would get their direct deposits tomo. Still not processing & I’ve cleared all the cache & 🍪. What is going on?!?!? Called and been on hold for a while…

@Kevingomez99 @ADP Already cleared them. It’s like you have to catch it at the exact right moment to advance to any next step before another crash. Don’t trust @ADP being pulling off same day processing for all Run clients. Probably a plot to pitch upgrades to Workforce 😒

@marcorubio @IndyMayorJoe @marcorubio especially considering that WHEN I can open, I’ll be at a majorly reduced client capacity with no real reduction in operating expenses... plus the added cost of PPE to keep everyone safe.
