There's no promotion for Group-B & C Cadres in IMD for years. We serve the nation 24x7, 365 days a year!

In 2017, then Secretary, MoES said, "UPSC entrants r of different CLASS", when hinted, we received same training as Gr-A of IMD, we r not promoted once in 30 years while Gr-A r in every 3-5 year!

Mindset is obvious from CLASS statement!

IMD MFCS Scam:

A simple test  will prove us right!

Count impact factors of research articles by 𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 IMD Gr-A in peer reviewed journals as first authors or corresponding authors except for जुगाड़ papers in departmental journal Mausam.

It'll be interesting to see what the reporting officers write in point 9 (Fig 2).

Two dreams of the Hon'ble PM have been shattered by the IMD admin:

1) "सबका साथ सबका विकास"

None except for the Gr-A r promoted.

2) "Make in India"

A fully functional workshop in Mausam Bhawan Compound has been destroyed.

We receive the 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 that the Gr-A officers of IMD receive. We r not promoted even once in 30-year while the Gr-A r promoted every 3 to 5 year!

"Certified that the candidate was not assigned administrative (non-scientific)
Work during the above period on a full time basis or part-time basis for more than six months"

Since 2010, IMD MFCS is based on this fake certificate!

@RDesaria @MissionPromotn @moesgoi @PMOIndia @DrJitendraSingh In spite of fulfilled criteria and ample vacancies promotions are not being given to Gr B & C.. Some of seniors servicing for more than 25 yrs. While there is no constraints in Gr-A. This is an injustice. We want promotion.
