@NoahGarguile @pat_chun Exactly. This is bigger than one loss or even Fisch. UW has to decide if it wants to be a major football program. Mediocre coaching + a middle-tier roster budget is how you fall off a cliff. If UW wants to compete nationally, the investment and expectations have to match.

@NoahGarguile Fisch may be what UW needed post-DeBoer: stabilize, recruit, navigate NIL/portal and push investment. But if CEO is his strength, be the CEO: hire a top OC and build the machine. I need UW stronger when he leaves. If Shephard proves he can build, he’s my next hire.
