Based on searches Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 is estimated to cost around $280.

Getting them to sell it for a low volume phone is another question, but I wouldn't be surprised if people would pay extra for a provably secure phone.

You can get a custom phone design for around $400K

I have seen people raise a lot more money on kick starter for far less of a product.

People are raising millions for just keyboards.
