सिंधुदुर्गला परप्रांतीय भूमाफियांचा विळखा!

पर्यावरणदृष्ट्या संवेदनशील सिंधुदुर्गावर आज परप्रांतीय भूमाफियांची वक्रदृष्टी पडली आहे. स्थानिकांच्या जमिनी हडप करण्यापासून हजारो वृक्षांची सर्रास कत्तल करण्यापर्यंतचे गंभीर प्रकार घडत आहेत. नुकत्याच संपन्न झालेल्या पावसाळी अधिवेशन २०२६ मध्ये मी सिंधुदुर्ग जिल्ह्यातील दोडामार्ग तालुक्यातील सासोली गावातील जमिन गैरव्यवहाराचा मुद्दा उपस्थित केला होता. तत्कालीन तहसीलदारांनी बनावट कागदपत्रे तसेच सहहिसेदारांची परवानगी न घेता अकृषक व विकासाची परवानगी परप्रांतियांना दिल्याचा अत्यंत गंभीर प्रकार उघडकीस आणला होता.
त्यावर महसूल मंत्री महोदयांनी यासर्व प्रकाराची चौकशी करून कारवाई केली जाईल असे आश्वासन सभागृहास दिले आहे.

परंतु, या परप्रांतीय भूमाफियांची हिंमत एवढी वाढली आहे की ते आता शासनाला देखील घाबरत नाहीत.याच जमिनीवरील ६,००० हून अधिक वृक्षांची विनापरवाना कत्तल करण्यात येत असून डोंगराचे सपाटीकरण हे भूमाफिया करीत आहे. सर्वेश पेडणेकर या तरुणाने निडरपणे हे वास्तव समोर आणले आहे.

असाच प्रकार याच भागातील घारपी उडेली गावात घडत असून तिथे नैसर्गिक पाण्याचे प्रवाह बांध घालून अडवण्याचा प्रकार परप्रांतीयांकडून चालू असून बेकायदेशीर गौण खनिज उत्खनन करून विक्री करण्यात येत आहे.

सरकारने या सर्व प्रकरणांची तातडीने चौकशी करून दोषींवर कठोर कारवाई करावी आणि सिंधुदुर्गची जमीन, नैसर्गिक जैवसंपदा, भूमाफियांपासून वाचवावी व स्थानिकांना न्याय द्यावा.
