But, Rajputs in that dataset are 38% SAHG.

@Gs_shekhawatt @ABu9283792 yeah they score like Rajasthan ones only. Due to high coverage all communities score 4-5% higher SAHG than they would on regular consumer kits. Khatris are also around 27-28%. You didn't have to post these runs I have posted alr.

Rajputs in this dataset are 38% SAHG as expected.
