Marshall BioResources isn't just exploiting beagles — they're indoctrinating kids to work for them. Local school bus captured after dropping kids off after school at Marshall BioResources. No identities revealed. They're normalizing cruelty at the ground level. Teaching the next generation that it's “normal” to cage and exploit beagles for profit.

Marshall BioResources breeds beagles for outdated testing. They euthanize puppies for failing to meet "standards" ---including different eye colors! These puppies could have gone to loving homes.

🔥 Marshall BioResources no longer allows employees to adopt beagle puppies born with minor imperfections — like different-colored eyes, being too small, too fearful, or overly reactive. Instead of giving these puppies a chance at life, they are euthanized.

🔥 The surplus of 23,000 beagles is costing Marshall BioResources more money every day. With the recent closure of NIH’s dog labs, more labs shutting down, and others unable to transition to cruelty-free testing, we fear Marshall will begin euthanizing their inventory of beagles.

You're invited to our 3 day protest at Marshall BioResources. From Thursday, May 8 to Saturday, May 10, 2025, starting at 7 AM EST, at 5800 Lake Bluff Road, North Rose, NY 14516 outside of Marshall BioResources.

Let’s keep this protest peaceful, safe, and effective. Please review the following:

1️⃣ Dogs Are Welcome!

🐾 Bring your furry friends—but have their up-to-date vaccine records ready (Health Van certificates are okay!). This is required by County.

2️⃣ Stay on Public Property

🚫 Do not enter private property. Stay on sidewalks, easements, or public lots.

3️⃣ Signs & Posters

✍️ Creative signs are encouraged! Please avoid wooden/metal sticks—use pool noodles or just hold your sign proudly.

4️⃣ Keep Roads Clear

🚗 Do not block vehicles or traffic. Let's stay respectful and focused.

5️⃣ Peaceful Protest Only

⚖️ We do not condone illegal activity. But remember—you have a Constitutional Right to protest peacefully for those who can't speak.

6️⃣ No Alcohol or Drugs
