I request tax authorities to look at our books for "source of funds" & "valuation". There is nothing fishy, I can open my books. But still I have been asked to pay 30% of funds raised.

@muglikar_ And individual investors who have invested less than 0.0001% of their wealth in a particular startup will be unwilling to share their private details with startup founders.

@muglikar_ It is illogical to order a startup to collect income tax returns of their angel investors to prove their legitimacy. Why? Because it is not publically available.
