Just watched the 7 minute clip.

Mullin said that immigration reform is impossible, and we could (and have to) work within the current system.

Mullin lists out that there is a legal system, that is not changing. The "amnesty" is the DHS following the current law.

Shockingly, status adjusting is still a thing, and we don't have 60 votes to make it illegal. He even says he will deport people who aren't follow the law, which most illegals aren't. Status adjustment is technically legal, unfortunately.

Mullin in fact talks about how having an illegal workforce is short term gains for long term problems.

A bloodthirsty savage who has to regularly be toned down, is less efficient than someone who actually thinks things through.

Like the worst thing Mullin says is there are some industries illegals do work that Americans don't and we need to figure out how to fill that gap.

Numbers under Noem by literally every single account was lower.

Yes Noem attempted to purchase ICE warehouse in which illegals would sit 60+ days waiting for hearings.

Mullin made it so hearings would be hundreds of people at once and thus the illegals dont need to sit 60+ days. The time from arrest to deportation is far quicker and far more efficient.
