Day 19: I emailed 5 companies about their website but didn't get any replies.

Day 18: I prepare a few templates to connect to agents.

So I can start mailing agents from today, but managing the agency with a full-time job becomes hard for me.

Day 15: So yesterday I found 400 leads by web scraping, mostly targeting real estate agents and interior designers.

I'm starting to email them tonight after studying their brands.

Day 9 - 11: It's all about building a user-friendly website. I was consistent with posting online.

Now from next Monday I'll start emailing our potential clients.

✅ I built proper sheets to track leads.
✅ Made a calendar to establish a routine for posting on our social media and to track all upcoming events.
✅ Found clients to send proposals and created a template for the email.
