The same mistake is done by @IndiGo6E in issuing the Boarding Pass of the return journey. The services purchased "Meal" are not printed in Boarding Pass while payment is recovered. See the ticket, boarding pass and arrange correction.

The All India Bank officers' Confederation strongly protests against the news report on 20th April 2023 by @ANI which maligned the @theofficialsbi and put the Public Sector Banks including SBI in bad light.
Your news report has falsely accused the Bank of making a customer suffer and walk to get her pension, which is completely baseless and unfounded.
The report of the Collector Nabrangapur also explicates that the facts were not reported but it was a concocted story.
It was falsely reported that Smt. Suryo Harijan had walked far away on 14.4.2023 to receive the pension whereas she was returning from her younger son's house in village Nuaguda under Jharigam GP and she had not been there to withdraw her pension from @theofficialsbi .
Therefore, your reporting is gross misrepresentation of the facts. It is important to ensure that information being disseminated to the public is factual and unbiased, especially when it comes to important matters of public trust on the largest Bank of the country. It seems the impugned news report appears to have been published on account of negligence and in haste.
The trolls and criticism by the users in social media due to the irresponsible act of the reporter against @theofficialsbi and the Public Sector Banks in general, which are state as per article 12 of the constitution of our country, has not only tarnished the image of the banks but also created mistrust amongst its customers.
PSBs serve the common men of this great country with pride and honour. PSBs have always strived to provide excellent customer service to everyone, regardless of their social status. The Nation is witness to the fact that PSB officials have gone beyond their call of duty to serve the Nation be it the Covid-19 pandemic, natural calamities or demonetisation.
In fact, PSBs has been actively working to ensure that pensioners receive their payments smoothly and without any inconvenience. Through the vast network of branches of PSBs, delivery of financial services is being ensured to all citizens in the nook and corners of the country.
Therefore, the Public Sector Banks are committed to providing the best of services to all the customers, especially the underprivileged sections of society.
The AIBOC strongly condemns the spreading of misinformation by the Press, which, to one’s shock and disbelief, is becoming a recurring event with time. It has violated the fundamental principles of Impartiality, Objectivity and Neutrality in reporting. We hope that the press will publish our rebuttal and issue a public apology for the irresponsible reporting to restore our trust in the media and press.
We also demand that you verify your facts before publishing any news that could potentially harm the reputation of an organization and their employees. We hope that you will take our concerns seriously and act in a responsible manner in the future.

Far from offering any solution to the NPA problem, PSB Privatisation will only reward crony capitalism The growing NPAs and frauds in private banks also showed that these occurred independent of bank ownership.Stop Selling National Assets. #PublicBanksNotForSale
