It made sense then to implement whatever China was doing to gain a competitive edge. You don't hear him say the same now because those factors are now in play.

@the_trogan @IvynSambo Like I said in majority of provinces it's top 5 most listened...Metro might be the only other that can stake that claim. Other stations listenership don't correspond with the no. of people speaking it's dominant language. All SABC stations have their song of the years.

They spent more than 5 times the budget buying stuff that breaks constantly.

What makes us thing a more difficult job with an inflated budget would be easier

Lastly you have never heard Eskom complain of coal shortages so us exporting coal has nothing to do with this.

If 100k people who enjoyed iPlan voted 3times(R4.50) that would be 300k votes but iPlan still had less than 100k(with many multiple votes). Even then they would still be 450k votes short of 2nd
