Hey fellow developers! ๐ฉโ๐ป๐จโ๐ป
I've just finished watching an interesting video on Addy Osmani's "The Cost of JavaScript" and the "uncanny valley of JavaScript" in apps โ that awkward state where the HTML loads, but the interactions stay stuck. ๐

@bahdcoder Ah yes. Let's grind 24/7, have no life outside of programming and burn out. Those kind of messages do not do anything good for our industry. We should promote a good work life balance and tell people to work on soft skills as well as those will get you further in your career
TIL while learning @solid_js that JavaScript has something like Proxy and it is such a nice way to build APIs for libraries and add some custom logging errors etc. ๐คฏ
@devagrawal09 I may sounds stupid but I'm blown away by this. This is the end of data misalignment between backend and front-end and I can be sure that nothing is going to break when I'll make changes!
@TraffordCouncil Many of residents from Warwick Road reported flytipping in the area and every week more rubbish is being dumped. Would you be able to tell me when we can expect a response from you re. this?
@mileswjohnson It's a matter of getting used to it. I initially through that tailwind is a mess but I love it now. I feel more productive than with CSS in JS. Overriding styles with CVA is so much easier and gives me more control
@IAmJerdog@kentcdodds She even said that to everyone on a 2nd day of a conference which I did find very odd as an attendee. Now I know why she did that...
@kentcdodds Thank you Kent for sharing this. I felt sorry for the speakers that they were lied about what they were promised and that they also had to cover the costs, especially right now when every penny counts...
