@jkenney Are there locations where increases "in crime and anti-social behavior" might low to non-existent? These injection sites appear to lower overdose and communicable disease rates. These sites appear to be successful in encouraging at least some addicts to enter treatment.

@jkenney Green Party leader Elizabeth May and NDP leader Jagmeet Singh claim there’s a climate emergency. Their position is a jumble of junk science, factual errors and hyper-ventilation about exaggerated and unlikely trends. Their plan to address the problem falls way short on realism.

@sonyasavage I have mixed feelings about this solid bitumen innovation. On one hand, it's great and works around the pipeline debacle.
On the other hand, it has most of the negative characteristics of rail. These are higher cost, higher GHG and higher environmental risk compared to pipelines.
