We're seeking the public's help to identify two people in a viral video.

A motorist tossed litter from their vehicle at an intersection in the CBD.

A tour guide approached, picked it up, and returned it – but the driver threw it out again and gave obscene gestures to the tour bus occupants 😡.

Littering's an offence under South Africa's environmental laws.

The driver could face a fine, and their vehicle might be impounded.

We need info on:
- The tour guide who tried to intervene
- The motorist in the video.

Last year a week before the EFF 10th birthday, he told journalists that plans for the school have been approved and contractors will move on site within a week.
