I notified Consumer Cellular that my dad passed away on March 10 2026. The Rep. stated that he would be billed for April & May according to company policy. A despicable policy. He paid March in full. They sent Collection Bill which is fraud!! @FCC @office_attorney @CNN @NJBPU

INCOMPETENCE....went to PSE&G to show my dads Death Certificate. They asked for ID & I gave my Driver's License. Days later I received a bill in my name for my dad. How dare this company use my name without my permission. This is FRAUD!!!!

@PSEGNews That's what I was told by @PSEGNews customer service. I received a bill with my name on it, at my address. Why was my name put on my fathers account. He died on March 10, 2026. The bill covered March 12 - April 23, 2026.

Xfinity called 1st thing this morning at 10am. I don't have an account with them. All I did was report my fathers' death and they keep the harassing calls coming to my phone. @XfinitySupport @jagograhakjago @NJStateDept @FCC @News12NJ

Xfinity is disgusting!!! I came in to return equipment & close my dads' account on 3/31/26. I returned on 4/4/26 to show my dads Death Certificate. The Rep. reviewed the Certificate & stated she had to make a ticket & email me within 3 days. Why? @bbb_us @XfinitySupport

Rep. told me to bring in document & acct will be closed. Received calls from Xfinity 4/3 @7:59 pm, 4/4 @11:04 am, 4/5 @10:02am (Easter), 4/7 @10:20am, 2:58pm & 7:50pm for payment that increased from 3/31 for a deceased account holder. This is harassment @XfinitySupport @bbb_us

Noble Moving & Storage in NJ delivers in 3 days. It's been 7 days since the move & they still have my furniture. The broker was Movinship in Albany, NY. No one has contacted me or called me back about my items.

Hey @Hertz I made a confirmed reservation for a rental car on 11/8 for this morning at 9:30AM. I get to Hertz in JC and they have NO CARS!! With a line of people, we are told to wait “as cars come in”. wtf? I have to be in MA for a funeral this evening?!?

Why didn't they request more info from my doctors for this claim. had They are stalling & discriminating against me because of my age. I had surgery 2 yrs ago & no add'l info was requested. I have had this policy for decades.

On Novemer 7, 2024 received letter requesting I visit an unknown physician out of my state to get an ekg 2 weeks from now. They have my physicians info & MS. Bulgin stated per our conversation that the manager & doctor at NYLife need more clarity. #NYLife
