Many companies offer chat and phone options to learn more. I'm always confused why they immediately try to move me to the phone when I choose the chat option. A missed opportunity to make a great initial impression on a potential customer.

@bbeveridge This is an entertaining definition, and it sure feels like that sometimes! My definition to my entrepreneurship class is a simple two-part answer: 1) They assume substantial downside risk, and 2) They start. So yeah...pretty much the same, just less colorful.
