@strawfie I know that this is not the final deal yet, however when the twins were born 15months ago, we were given so much hope that CF is not what it used to be etc, last weekend it felt like that hope was ripped away. Orkambi hasn’t arrived yet (due to arrive on Friday!)

The twins Orkambi is due to be delivered on Friday. First dose on Monday morning with obs an hour later. NICE’s recent appraisal is a bit more bitter as they could have Orkambi for a while.. but not Kaftrio. All in the name of profit.
