It’s as been a great journey for us Blondie released ‘Parallel Lines’ 48 years ago on September 23, 1978 | Listen to the album + revisit our tribute here: https://t.co/z8Beh2q7uG
Interesting isn't it we can't 'afford' State Pension.
But we can afford to give King Charles who is already a billionaire another £48m, 4,000 State Pensions, a year extra.
Hmm...
Birmingham bin strike, over 20 months and still going. 👇
Labour in charge for 14 months.
Barely mentioned in UK media.
Imagine if this was in Scotland.
Always worth a repost.
Here - former Conservative branch manager Murdo Fraser telling Scots what England would lose post Scottish Independence.
If you haven’t seen it it’s well worth a 👀 & repost.
Remember, they’re forever telling us we are subsidised.
Imagine if you lived in a country where you were told that you were not allowed to vote on your own future by a man elected by 25,000 + people in a neighbouring country. How utterly absurd does that sound?

This is a brilliant informative post: https://t.co/EnOthUZvSd Please share, the more Scots know about the true constitutional position of our country, the nearer we will be to escaping this so called union.
Yes – restoration. It's not actually an option; historically and legally, restoration of a statehood suspended by annexation is the only route. Think the Baltic states, post-USSR. Think Austria, post-Anschluss ( a word which, interestingly enough, just means 'union', but its implied voluntarism was unilaterally disposed with, just as with Scotland).
Something very interesting is a statement by Daniel Defoe in his 1706 cajolerie of the Scots to accept this 'union'. If the terms were to be be broken, of course it would revert immediately to the status quo ante; the two original states. That's what Defoe said, in a rational assessment of what would occur under a gross abandonment of the Treaty's terms by the larger partner. Rational such thinking was, certainly. But Defoe's other rational mental course was that England need never, and would never, allow such a reversion to happen. Isn't it interesting that, 319 years later, there is the same determination to never allow such a thing to happen. And, on this side of the border, yet another coterie of Scots in powerful positions, ably describe by Burns in his excoriating poem, who go along with it.
@msm_monitor 2 Scottish MP's (Tory Bowie and red Tory Shanks) discuss Westminster using government money to keep a privately owned English refinery open.
A few months after Westminster said they couldn't use government money to keep Grangemouth open as it was privately owned.
No fucking shame
A once prominent Tory MP said
"Every sovereign state has the right to withdraw from a treaty if that treaty is no longer compatible with its fundamental interests."
Then should, the sovereign people of Scotland have the right at any point to withdraw from the UK
Burnham comes to Scotland. The opening ceremony of the Commonwealth Games. Sits with the King of England.

Then goes home to approve operation of a Scots Gas Field for its revenues. And we put up with this?
Never forget spend on Scotland's NHS is directly to linked to the money England spends on its NHS through the Barnett Formula: https://t.co/L1d6r2dvZA The only way to save Scotland's NHS is for our country to become independent again.

Scottish Inventor John Logie Beard invented the TV - & achieved the first transmission of a recognisable moving image with half-tones.
A country that brought TV, Telephone, ATM's to the world still isn’t 'allowed' a Scottish National Broadcaster.
