Many local repair services refuse to work with @LGUSSupport warranty repairs. One told me "I am not permitted to disclose the reasons to customers."

Day 27 of #LifeIsNotGood. Got yelled at over the phone at 7:00AM the other day by our liaison rep. Heard from @LGUSSupport Scheudling who is "working" on finding a repair service. I should by stock in @eggo since we're living off toaster and microwave meals at this point.

Day 16 of #LifeIsNotGood. @LGUSSupport said I canceled my recent service repair because one of their referral companies declined to do warranty work back on Day 10. Now it looks like I am back at bottom of list for another 5-7 day wait. #ConsumerRights

@LGUSSupport The DM I sent you yesterday was ignored entirely and my better half sent a FB msg where you managed to simply remind us that we are awaiting callback from a scheduler for in-home repair (i.e., maybe on Day 16-18 I will get to hear about the next set of delays).

Day 15 of non-working, under-warranty range and 90+ minutes on the phone trying to get fixed. Best part was when @LGUSSupport referred me to a thrift store in town instead of an actual repair center. #LifeIsNotGood

@LGUSSupport On DAY 11 of calling for resolution on my range repair (no heat). Multiple service referrals refused LG warranty work. Told today that in another 3-5 business days I'll get a call from a tech to schedule a repair. Meanwhile I'm going takeout broke. #LifeIsNotGood
