1st week of Houston Half training done. 16 miles this week, plus Hard gym training done. Down 16lbs since March. Got to increase weekly miles, plus weights and reps. Its On

Race Training is underway. 1st Run/walk, done. Not terrible, but not great either. Got to get my conditioning back. Gonna be a long Summer of hard consistent work.
