Joining a new organisation @ACH_Group at the start of COVID and working from home was indeed a challenge.

Since then, in Oct 19, the DIU team have recovered $54M of ‘at risk’ revenue due to coding errors, 1 of the key priority areas addressed in the workshop.

I engaged SMEs on required content, liaised w/ Online comms teams on develop’t and presented the final product to the CALHN Head of Unit leaders.
