After accidentally eating all my #sourdough starter, I had to establish again from scratch... Woohoo! It's back! Malted dark rye, white pasta dura, a light rye w/caraway, anise, orange & coriander, & of course a few mini baguettes. Probably a bit OTT but I've missed bread baking!

@methylnick @AntoBeck Settings -> Undo Send -> (set the time you want to be able to hit 'undo'). On send, you'll see usual "Message Sent" but also "Undo". It'll wait until the timer elapses: It's actually just a delayed send with a cancel option... but it's saved me many times!

But there's more throughout machines have a huge cost per base, which fits into prople's 'sequence offshore' argument (that we face all the time).

@TWBredy @Ontoit_seq @LGMartelotto There's reasons to seq off-shore, but also reasons to seq locally i.e. dev work needs to be done locally. Once seq core is gone, it's gone. Look @ oligo synth... Almost no facilities in Aus now, so we must import, which makes some projects almost impossible due to TAT.
