Creative idiot. Building digital theraptics @mindsethealth

[Scott Kitchell @ScottKitchell]

@GergelyOrosz I think typical flow state came from doing something engaging that's not too easy and not too hard, but agents take more of that work leaving the more challenging decisions, and the less engaging reviews. That said, the flow of product building is next level now

[Scott Kitchell @ScottKitchell]

@mattpocockuk A similar lightweight approach is working for me

Just focus on the bounded context part (concepts). Named units of meaning with a clear identity, boundary, responsibilities, relationships, and affordances, that fit coherently into the broader system. Aim for conceptual integrity

It's not fair that big companies control our power supply and bills skyrocket.

So we're going to set up a government-owned power company to drive down bills.

It'll put the power back in the hands of Victorians.

And it'll be 100% renewable.

Inspired by @ThisIsSethsBlog saying in one of his talks to be remarkable you have to be something worth remarking on which was more mind blowing than it probably should have been

[Scott Kitchell @ScottKitchell]

"How can we get users to trust us more?"

...Have you tried being trustworthy?

[Scott Kitchell @ScottKitchell]

"How can we get users to share our product more?"

...Have you tried having something worth sharing to friends?

@antonioguterres Money is only a human thing. We can still exploit animals and the environment for free, and really only have to start paying for it when the damage is so bad that it starts impacting humans.

👏🏻 Well done @rebaillieu on such direct, clear writing. Read it. Wow.

If this is a mark of how Australia’s youth write, think and _act_? The future looks bright indeed.

I hope your parents are proud of the incredible job they’ve done raising such a brave, independent human.

Says it all really. The wheels are falling off Morrison’s bus. Time for them to be gone. https://t.co/phThCCIDU6

@Una Also works well with ::selection and caret-color...
If only we could colour the touch text selection handles too!

Software works at scale when it’s as simple as possible. Every click is friction. Every new mental model is friction. Every component of pricing is friction. Every question of trust or security is friction. Whatever you choose to build, the simplest software usually wins.

Selling cigarettes may soon be banned in Aus retailers, but selling coal, gas and oil is totally fine... We're literally the drug dealers of the world

@KetanJ0 I feel like govs shy away from a "tax", but that's the playbook that's worked for smoking. The cost becomes upfront rather than later on and people realise it's too much.

Just because it's 420 (PPM CO2 in the atmosphere) doesn't mean we should be lighting up.

For support in quitting carbon smoking (of oil, gas and coal), I've created a website #quitcarbonsmoking https://t.co/fbGQs7sJ9q
