@JeffGrubb Not saying Apple is 100% right on this. But I think the TOS is there for a reason and it was broken. I don’t go to Target and see a video game with a giant label on it that says “30% cheaper at Wal-Mart” Target wouldn’t allow that. Why should Apple?

@JeffGrubb I don’t want to make an assumption because I’m not 100% educated. But I’m guess the cut Nintendo, Sony, or Microsoft gets is similar. But with Apple I at least have my security at mind which I’m more than willing to lay a little extra for.
