Mind blown by learning just now that Snap, Crackle and Pop are terms taken from physics (they are the 4th, 5th and 6th time derivatives of position)... and as if that wasn’t enough, we were perilously close to having a bowl of Jerk in the morning. https://t.co/SjnuKDRvWr
“Low plastic stool, cheap but delicious noodles, cold Hanoi beer.” This is how I’ll remember Tony. He taught us about food — but more importantly, about its ability to bring us together. To make us a little less afraid of the unknown. We’ll miss him.
As @regressIan pointed out, I was /not/ in favour of a team purposely targeting Plekanec. Upon closer review, I do like him better than Moore/Glendening for Tor /and/ I don't really love the move either. It's fine? #flipflopbySean https://t.co/FvbCwOlpyF
Plekanec has high/positive shot rates, an excellent xGF%, and has produced a sub-avg points rate in above-avg ice time. As far as fourth line options go, he's definitely competent and isn't Moore/Glendening. Decent move, Tor.
If you’re at all curious about game theory and concepts of trust/cooperation, this is an amazing applet that visually illustrates some interesting mathematical ideas. Go look at this! https://t.co/9XA501NlAk
