The @2ndChancesFarm embodies the spirit of #OpportunityZones, and the @WhiteHouse Opportunity and Revitalization Council, which is both economic development and community development.

Visited Second Chances Farm in Wilmington, DE which is located in an Opportunity Zone. They hire returning citizens from the Delaware Correctional system to learn and work in a vertical farm environment using hydroponics. Criminal Justice reform and Opp. Zones working as a team!
