Today we're announcing our Series D: $1.37B in new capital at a $7.87B valuation to Reindustrialize America.
Thank you to all our investors. WCM Investment Management, @WashingHarbour, Valor Equity Partners, @137ventures, and @BaillieGifford led the round. @jpmorgan Chase's Strategic Investment Group acted as anchor co-lead, investing through the firm's Security and Resiliency Initiative. The round also included major participation by @1789capital, as well as participation from @MorganStanley Wealth Management, @apolloglobal, @TRowePrice, @a16z, @CapitalG, @foundersfund, @lux_capital, @AltimeterCap, @constructcap, and existing investors.
This round confirms our belief in a few simple things: America needs to Reindustrialize, Physical AI is real, transforming the world of atoms matters 100x more than the world of bits, and, most importantly, that the New American Workforce is the center of everything we do.
Here's what we've built, and what comes next.
Well, it took an Australian to fix American manufacturing.
This week we sit down with Power, Chris Power - @2112Power - the boss at @HadrianInc. Hadrian has a growing empire of software-infused manufacturing machines building things faster and better across the U.S.
In this episode, we get into Chris's journey and the state of American manufacturing and how dire/hopeful things really are. Consider this your first 4th of July weekend feast.

Former Tesla President @jonmcneill says Elon Musk kept employees motivated post-IPO by "starving the balance sheet":
"Even after we were public, we operated Tesla on a quarter's worth of cash."
"I kept saying to Elon, 'I would like a little breathing room.' He's like, 'No. We've got to think like we're young entrepreneurs: if you're two steps from death—you operate differently.'"
"I was like, 'Man, we have a quarter's worth of cash, but we have 70 days of payables. That means we have less than three weeks of cash. This is tight.' But that kept everybody sharp."
"The experience of working in a Musk company is—you are literally on the biggest challenge you've ever faced in your life, with the best people, and you're doing the best work of your life. That's what keeps most people engaged—it's not the balance in their bank account."

Yesterday, we cut the ribbon on our third factory in Mesa, AZ: Hadrian’s first interstate expansion and a major milestone in rebuilding American manufacturing.
F3 brings AI-powered production, hundreds of skilled jobs, and new domestic capacity for the most critical industries to Arizona.
The Hadrian team has proven that while they may not sleep, they can do the impossible: we're excited to announce that we went from 0 to production on our new Mesa, AZ factory in less than six months.
In July, we had an AI render and a signed lease. By December, we had a full stand up of Opus and more machines landed than we have across all our Torrance facilities. We hit the on switch before Christmas, and formally went live on 1/1.
We cannot understate how ridiculously hard this is. Many reasonable people doubted our ability to pull this off, but there is no other team of men and women in the country that dares to win like the Hadrian team.
A bottomless thank you to this killer team for powering through every obstacle and moving at the pace this moment demands. Everyone involved should be incredibly proud.
Keep an eye on this space: this quarter, we’ll be onboarding our enterprise customers into F3’s added capacity, expanding our product offerings into new capabilities, and ramping hard from AZ and beyond.
We will be doing a formal ribbon cutting in late January for customers, but in the interim, here’s some highlight reel from our standup journey, including a live shot of metal flying on New Year’s Eve 2025.
Real people, doing the work.
Go Team Hadrian Mesa.
