@British_Airways hi - trying to book a flight online and it won’t let me (website gets stuck). Spoke to Exec Club on phone and they say the system has been down since Thursday - and they can’t book me a flight either. Does this mean it’s impossible to book a BA flight at the mo?

@EuropeExplored @seatsixtyone Couldn’t agree more. Just been through Brussels terminal - it felt tatty and unloved. The Biz Premier lounge felt like the land that time forgot. Screens not working; one simply said ‘your licence has expired’. Deffo not the same brand experience as London or Paris.
