@Top100Rick I played Pinehurst 2 the other day, and TPC sawgrass a couple of years ago. TPC was superb experience. No2 is massively overrated imo. Greens were cool but the routing is just bland. Not a great piece of property. Played Mid Pines yest. A far better layout than No2.

@SHistorians Very enjoyable thread. I thought the HCEG was formed out of Bruntsfield Links in south part of Edinburgh as well though? Its now known as Bruntsfield Links Short Hole Golf Course and operates 36 holes in the summer. Great fun, I always recommend it to guests in my guest house
