@JetBlue @SwissportBags is there ANYONE a human can talk to at the Dublin airport to try to get our bag that came in on an international flight delayed by a day?? Obviously we can’t walk in there to grab it and there doesn’t seem to be anyone that can help

@JetBlue Called all your international numbers I could find and they kept directing me to Central baggage services… which were closed until 6am US Eastern. What a horrific system.

@FlyJBService @JetBlue By some miracle we had friends that landed just after I posted. They were able to find the one person at the @SwissportBags counter INSIDE and got the bag to bring out to us. I rang the “courtesy phone” for about 30 mins straight with no answer. What a horrific system

I will never condone violence. But these insurance companies wondering why some people are reacting the way they are: they should chat with @AnthemBCBS customer support. I was essentially just “hung up on” (ended chat) while refusing to give me my 2024 info I already paid for 🤦‍♂��
