@Independent_ie As a motorists, I’m respectful of cyclists, however there are some cyclists who believe the rules of the road do not apply to them!
190k won’t go far for this young lad with a head injury, maybe cyclists should have some level of insurance too, but then where does it stop! 🤔

That doesn’t address the issue, animal cruelty exists everyday, fairs like ballinasloe are not causing the abuse, it highlights what’s going on, & bringing the abusers out in the open, it’s now up to each of us to help stop this barbaric abuse
