@rampulla_andrew what are the odds she leaves a 1 star? And if so, does that 1 star prevent = to or greater than $3,155 in spend from another potential client(s). Lose the battle, win the war imo
make sure you send reminders. Lowers unexpected cancellations. Let’s u fill those spots with money & keeps ur cleaners happy. Always send a checklist, so you and the client are on the same page. Otherwise, they will nickel and dime ur cleaner for services not provided, and argue with u about things being missed. Super important for cleaner and customer satisfaction.
if a potential cleaner calls you “hun” at any point in the interview… hire her immediately
Every single one of my cleaners that calls me “hun” is a killer
Hun buff is real.
Closed this condo building
$60,000 post construction clean
$1500 monthly cleaning
$4000 annual carpet cleaning
$6000 annual exterior window cleaning
x4 more buildings that will be finished this year
there’s no money in cleaning btw
If you run a cleaning company and you’re doing a 50% job split with yours cleaners…
You are not even close to as profitable as you could be.
Failed pay structure.
$10,000 job
3 condos, all exterior windows & deck glass
these boys will have this done in 2 days
92% profit
and they’ll need them done next year & the year after that…
@rampulla_andrew encourage them to spread their wings and wish them the best. You know the feeling of being an employee and why you’re a business owner now. Employee see’s the rev ur making and thinks “I want 100%”. They don’t know what comes with the rest.
If you own a cleaning business, don’t sleep on post construction cleans:
1 homebuilder (300 homes per year)
each house needs 3 cleans minimum
+exterior/interior windows
+extra cleans if the house sits for too long
+weekly & bi-weekly show home cleans
You can hit $60k/month with 2 clients
service delivery is WAY easier than residential cleaning, because it’s all dry wall dust
profit is gross too cause you only pay once to acquire the client and not per house
