I am a Chief Manager at the Indian Bank Zonal Office in Nagpur and I have been enduring relentless mental harassment and unprofessional surveillance by DZM Mr.Vijay Shankar Thakur for the past year.

This goes beyond bad management,it is a systematic destruction of employee well-being. We need more than promises, we need an immediate audit of grievance procedures and management conduct.

Hi @DMKanpur,

Is exam duty important than census duty? My wife who is a teacher is expected to perform duty in exam centers as well during census duty.
How come one person do both duties on same day? Is there any guideline?
Kindly intervene.

Hi @DFS_India @FinMinIndia @RBI,
In case of #JituMunda, ur role was to inform nation that rules are made for the safety of common people.
However, but no official statement yet.
Banks & bankers are being brutally trolled for following the rules. Plz speak up.

🚨 SBI Woman Employee Harassed by Customer

A customer visited SBI Branch in Bengaluru. He asked female employee to provide her mobile number citing some urgent business work. Later he started messaging her inappropriately. He started sending her obscene messages. Now she filed complaint with Police. Banks earn crores of rupees of profit but why can't they provide an official contact number for branches. Why females are forced to provide their mobile numbers. Banks need to protect privacy of their employees.

🚨 KYC Irregularities Flagged. Whistleblower Suspended. What Is #SBI Trying to Silence❓

Banker raises concern about improper KYC practices and potential money mule accounts.

Result? → SUSPENSION.

Manager (Compliance & Risk) at State Bank of India, reportedly flagged serious KYC irregularities that could expose the banking system to fraud or even terror financing risks.

Instead of a transparent investigation, she has now been placed under suspension for allegedly damaging the bank’s reputation on social media.

This raises serious questions:

Is raising compliance concerns a crime?
Should whistleblowers be punished instead of protected?
Will internal pressure silence officers who speak about risks?

If KYC lapses are possible in a bank with 53+ crore customers, shouldn’t the focus be on investigation rather than retaliation?

The public deserves clarity.

@TheOfficialSBI @RBI
@FinMinIndia Punishing the messenger does not solve the problem.

❗️❗️ LEGAL NOTICE FOR WRITING AGAINST BANK⁉️

This is UNACCEPTABLE.

@DFS_India @FinMinIndia @LabourMinistry who gave UPGB RM's right to send legal notice to a banker for his tweets that too as RM's capacity?
What if this goes against bank? Who will bear the cost?

To everyone who thinks bankers are KAAMCHOR.
I have a little suggestion for you.

Take a day off. And visit the branch you think have kaamchor employees.
Stay there for an entire day. Then share ur experience. Deal?

(P.S. Your breakfast lunch etc will be arranged by me)

We stayed silent when Kashmiri Pandits were brutalized.
We stayed silent when the SC/ST Act came.
We stayed silent as politics erased our representation.
We stayed silent despite merit being punished.
We stayed silent when “Brahmins, leave India” was written in universities.

But we will not stay silent on the UGC rules.
