So, I was too quick with my praise @sainsburys - packed my shopping away, & we now have peanut butter with a use by date of 4/1/22. The one in our cupboard’s date is 7/6/22 & we got that last month. And still waiting for a response to my issue on Monday re delivery before slot.

@BritishGasHelp Received a response within 20 minutes in August when we were delighted with service. Today? Nothing.

@BritishGas Remember this? We have a 4th engineer coming out on Monday. No end of problems since £3k boiler fitted in August, now being told we will probably need a system flush costing approx £700. Shocking, intend to take this to the top.

@BritishGas Just had new boiler installed. From start to finish, a 1st class service. Very impressed, and you have an absolute star in Ryan Doherty, our installation engineer. Courteous, knowledgeable and kept us informed throughout, despite being hampered by a wasps nest! 😊🌟👏🏻
