@PeterCBC A problem not mentioned here is population base - even with high taxation our relatively low working population limits revenue. Our large geography/low population density also drives up per capita spending. Attracting more people with a working income has to be a strategy

@EddieSheerr I agree - I was at a specialist two weeks ago and he’s posting the number of missed appointments. It was running at 10% which is sad given the lead time it takes to get an appointment. All these people then have to be rescheduled and we have a specialist shortage.
