Hey @easyJetholidays , even @jet2tweets staff at Faro are laughing at your staff. When asked why there were no Easyjet staff despite the shambles here, Jet2 staff laughed & said "They are somewhere, but they do things differently"

@SWGEORDIE Thanks, but sadly we don't. The only info we get on the times we have got through is that it has been printed but nobody can sau if it's still at passport office or TNT & then told we will get a call back, which we never do.

2// passport renewal - that was 5 weeks ago. All we ars told is that it has been printed but no-one can say if it has been lost in the passport office or by the delivery company. And the holiday is getting very close now. We have been on redial since the call line opened at 9am
