@Uber_Support Here, again, is the driver who demanded cash payment. He doesn’t want to drive on Uber’s terms if it means less money for him. So please do what he wants and remove him from the Uber platform so he can go back to being a taxi driver like he wants to be.

@Uber_Support I have given the driver’s name, pickup time, pickup location, and drop off location. I can view the driver in the app myself despite there being no “trip.” So why can’t Uber find it? I don’t even think the person responding to me - Raj - is reading my messages.
