I was recently asked to present the current status of the projects I am working on at company headquarters during a local Business unit steering committee. This transparency will allow for management at lower levels to stay involved in higher level operations. #mavorg
@Jlerum_UNO That’s pretty awesome. I’m going to suggest this at my workplace. Seems like a good way to build a positive working environment. Thanks for sharing @Jlerum_UNO#mavorg
@uno_schmidt I too find it interesting to watch my leaders change while working with them. It can be inspiring to see someone on a higher level still find the desire to improve. Thanks for sharing @uno_schmidt#mavorg
Management has had our team create set cards, where we define our strengths, skills, and goals to reach, both personally and professionally, within our next planning cycle. This seems to be a great way to monitor your growth and progress on the team. #mavorg
“Be more intentional about your decisions”. Some great advice for those who haven’t had the chance to be a leader yet. #mavorg@drharlowuno https://t.co/XW3STYQbC8
@Megan_UNO I agree. This is strictly me thing new for me at work and I am having a hard time using it myself, but I can see the benefits of it amongst my colleagues. Thanks for sharing Megan. #mavorg
Transparency is a pilar of the new team I joined at work. I believe transparency through all levels in a project within an organization is a vital key to the success of the project. When everyone is on the same page there is less room for upsetting surprises. #mavorg
