На фото внизу - суддя вже ліквідованого ОАСК Аріна Літвінова, у якої журналісти @cxemu виявили російське громадянство.

У лютому цього року Вища рада правосуддя на підставі дисциплінарного провадження звільнила Літвінову.

Суддя не заспокоїлась і побігла оскаржувати це рішення до Великої палати Верховного Суду.

А після свіжого відео @bihusinfo ми знаємо, як судді Верховного Суду можуть ухвалювати рішення.

І знаєте що: у червні Велика палата Верховного Суду задовольнила її скаргу. Мовляв, ВРП не мала права її звільняти, бо на той момент її вже відрахували зі штату ОАСК.

Знайшовся лише один суддя, який не погодився з цим рішенням і залишив окрему думку, що суддю все ж варто покарати за такі речі.

І ось ВРП, врахувавши позицію Верховного Суду, вирішила скасувати власне ж рішення про покарання Літвінової та закрити дисциплінарне провадження щодо неї. Одноголосно.

Припускаємо що буде далі. Літвінова спробує втекти у відставку з величезною вихідною допомогою і солідними довічними виплатами.

В підсумку. Суддя, яка отримала російське громадянство, уникає покарання і бонусом може спробувати вибити собі пожиттєві виплати 🤯

Це дуже небезпечний прецедент. Хіба такого правосуддя очікують громадяни України?
