@SpireJim Thanks for raising this. But should the mothers simply walk away with not even a caution - after the damage done to the children and the late Paul Kafeero’s family ?.
@rkalyes1 A DNA test at birth should be standard procedure for all. @NIRA_Ug should not certify a child’s birth without scientific proof of the father.

@DailyMonitor@Gulu_CityUG It is not good news !.
But, @DailyMonitor@Gulu_CityUG, besides scaling PrEP & use of condoms, what does the Nurse cite as the main drivers behind the 480 new HIV cases in the 3 months ?. Understanding the root causes is key to targeted prevention.
To some of us Slightly Older Wanainchi (SOW) who witnessed wars, coups, and Israel's raid on Entebbe, there's nothing to worry about Muhoozi.
I don't think he grasps the forces driving his mind and where that's leading him.
Let us cheer him on as inevitable fate approaches.
@mofpedU Great news on GDP growth 👏🙏.
But,GDP per capita hides inequality. If every Ugandan earned 5.1 Million, why are our pockets empty ?. Who is taking the others' money ?. Please,to complete this study break down who actually benefits from this macro stability.
@NRMOnline: This is us in the international press. Such stories damage our economy by eroding investor confidence. It signals weak rule of law, raises the country's risk level, and exposes our country to donor scrutiny. Let's condemn & stop these abductions.
A prominent Ugandan lawyer representing detained opposition figure Kizza Besigye was charged with a treason-related offence on Wednesday, days after he was arrested by security forces. https://t.co/2TuE2HtHHS
@BakerbatteLule@HEBobiwine@mkainerugaba Interesting 🤔. Framing exile as "abandonment" ignores forced displacement by lawlessness itself.
Leaders preserve their influence by staying alive. Staying to die doesn't defeat lawlessness - it surrenders the resistance entirely.
@ntvuganda True !. Impunity thrives when laws exist but aren't enforced. Until public officers face real prosecution, not just statements, misuse of funds & power will continue. The law must be equal for all or we risk democracy becoming just theory.
Hmm. Shame on you Editor !
Please find time and read this 1977 book: A State of Blood: The Inside Story of Idi Amin by Henry Kyemba.
Mr.Kyemba was Amin’s Private Secretary for six years and a top Cabinet Minister.
Eh !.
Dear @PoliceUg . How can you accept this defeat ?. If you can't secure traffic light areas in Kampala, how can you assure us you can manage community policing ?!. @igp_ug1 I @KCCAUG
@BBCWorld Heartbreaking yet a beautiful story !.
Should we condemn or praise ?. The risk is real, but so is survival. While the superpowers fought for control of enriched uranium, these bikers kept families alive. Desperation rarely asks for permission.
