If they have reasonable suspicion a weapon is irrefutably present based on judgment, then once again they can retrieve said item.

On August 13, we won our case against the ATF.

Now, on October 9, the ATF has issued official guidance extending the impact to everyone in free states.

That means big changes for suppressors, SBRs, SBSs, and AOWs in states where they’re permitted. Under the new federal guidance, covered items can move forward without a Form 1 or Form 4. SBRs and SBSs can also transfer on a Form 4473 where permitted.
