@LloydsBank ask customers to use online chat to contact but "aim to respond within 30 minutes" and if you don't stay logged in you lose the chat. But your system logs people out after 5 mins of inactivity so you expect people to sit there for 30 mins refreshing the screen?!?

Apparently @BootsHelp would rather hand over a £300 item to a scammer than just cancel the order. Nice. Might as well be in on the scam with that attitude 🤬

Just had a fraudulent order made at @BootsHelp so rang them to let them know so they don't hand over £300 of product to a scammer. Apparently @BootsHelp won't talk to me about the order because the order isn't in my name so would be a breach of GDPR. WTH!!!

@santanderuk your online chat is TERRIBLE. Your agents take hours to join & reply, but if I don't keep refreshing the page it logs me out & loses the chat, so I have to start again & repeat everything to some1 new, who also takes hours to reply.. repeat.. repeat.. repeat... 🤬
