And @Hermesparcels is no better apparently it’s been stuck at the depot since Sunday and you have NO customer service at all - not even a bot to speak to!!
@ASOS great customer service NOT @Hermesparcels have failed to deliver next day (next day last Sunday) given it a couple of days and contacted you today to be told to wait further 48 hours as per policy then operator terminated chat when I asked to be referred to a supervisor!!!

@TalkTalk Omg have you actually read the problem?? You’re as bad as your colleagues!!! The router IS ALREADY SPLIT! The connection to your set top box is WIRED. All devices INCLUDING set top box is affected! Fault is with the ROUTER we’re on our THIRD one, they last 3 months then they stop

@TalkTalk Yes we’ve had the same issue with two other routers irrespective of 5g or 2g, via WiFi and our talk talk box. It drops out, lags and then we reboot it, it’s ok for a bit and it happens again. Your solution unsplit it your engineer that told there’s too much interference for that!
