@TomGardnerFool The first thing that pops into my mind upon seeing this list is, by “gut feel,” which of the current list doesn’t belong? For me, 5 of the 10. But the odds are more like 9 in 10, 20 years from now. I probably would have said 5 of 10 in 2001.

@trengriffin @morganhousel I love this graphic. Personally, I watched this from '98 to '07 saying, "Nope, still too expensive," the whole time. Finally learned my lesson in '08. My motive for buying then was almost entirely to have a constant reminder that traditional valuation isn't everything.
